When Your Order Will Be Ready - It usually takes 2-5 working days, this does not include time in shipment for the purpose of determining delivery dates. Engraving begins once all necessary information is received and paid for. Same Day Service is available, however our normal engraving is 2-5 Days. Large orders will take longer. Minimum Purchase Requirement - No minimum

We, at Sowers Glass Engraving, take great care to ensure that your order is engraved and shipped in as timely manner as possible. Many times we even engrave, package and take your item to the post office the same day.

However, we rely on the scheduled delivery date provided to us by the various shipping companies. Regretfully, in the rare occasion these delivery dates are not met, they are out of our control and unfortunately no refunds can be made.

We ship to you using:
U.S. Postal Service
1) USPS shipping is our standard form of shipping. We usually recommend that you add insurance. If you do add insure and a claim needs to be made, please send us a photo of the damaged item and we will file the claim for you and resend the item.
2) A Packaging/Handling fee will be applied to all shipped orders. All freight, packaging and delivery charges are paid by the customer.

Priority shipping takes 2-4 days. They provide $50 of insurance, additional insurance will be added upon request.

APO/FPO Shipments

We can ship to APO/FPO addresses. Such orders will be shipped via the US Postal Service, and will be subject to different costs and timelines than our domestic shipments. Please contact us if you are interested in an APO/FPO shipment.

UPS Our prefered shipper is USPS as UPS charges back for whatever reason they decide, therefore we nolonger use them.

Damage
All claims for merchandise lost, stolen or damaged during shipment must be filed with the transportation company. Liability for claims is transferred to the carrier at the point of shipment. When shipping, a portion of the cost is for insurance.

Set up Charge:
Art charges will apply to any custom, photo or logo.  This is a one time fee.

All designs and logos are kept on file for future use.
* A customized design/logo is defined as one that we do not have on file and would require scanning, typesetting, artwork or setup.

For example:  company logos, family crests, emblems, photographs. 

PROVIDE YOUR design or logo electronically in the correct format and avoid this additional charge if they are in the proper format and Quality.

Payment:
Cash, Local Check or Visa and MasterCard cards accepted for payment.
All engraving will be prepaid by customer before any engraving can begin.

Pricing:
We reserve the right to correct any pricing or description errors we may have posted on our website.

Order Acceptance:
In store local orders are accepted when order is placed, receipt is signed and paid for.

Email orders are considered "accepted" when you call with your credit card info. Your art work is considered approved when you email us back your approval.

All purchases are considered final, as most all are PERSONALIZED, and created just for you or unique one of a kind items.

Engraving takes two to three days (Monday - Friday) to complete - this does not include shipping time, shipping time is one to four business days (Monday - Friday) after the order is completed. If there are any delays, we will contact you by e-mail.
